Arms Warrior talents
Arms merges Sword, Mace, Axe and Polearm Specialization into Weaponmaster at tier 5, a 5-rank talent whose bonus depends on the weapon: crit for axes and polearms, armor penetration for maces and staves, an extra-attack chance for swords. Tactical Mastery is no longer a talent; Improved Tactical Mastery takes its tier 2 spot, lets you keep more Rage when you change stances and now unlocks Anger Management. Bloodthrill gives melee hits on a Rend target a chance to enable Overpower, and Spearing Strike at tier 4 is a new attack that hits Giants, Dragonkin and mounted targets harder and dismounts them. Improved Slam moves in from Fury with 2 ranks instead of 5, and Two-Handed Weapon Specialization drops to 3.

Warrior talent FAQ
What replaced the Warrior weapon specializations in Forever?
Weaponmaster, a 5-rank Arms talent at tier 5. At rank 1, axes and polearms get 1% crit, maces and staves ignore 3% of armor, and swords get a 1% chance for an extra attack. Sword, Mace, Axe and Polearm Specialization are no longer talents.
Is Tactical Mastery still a Warrior talent?
No. Improved Tactical Mastery sits in its tier 2 spot, and at rank 1 it lets you keep up to 3 more Rage when you change stances. Its text refers to Tactical Mastery, which suggests the base effect is now trained, but the beta has to confirm that.
Can Protection warriors Charge in Defensive Stance?
Yes, with Vanguard, a 1-rank Protection talent at tier 4 that makes Charge usable while in Defensive Stance.
Did Warriors keep their 31-point talents?
All three. Mortal Strike still requires Sweeping Strikes, Bloodthirst requires Death Wish, and Shield Slam requires Concussion Blow.
