WoW Forever Restoration Druid BiS List
The highest-scoring gear per slot for a Restoration Druid at any level (it opens at 30, the beta’s cap), computed from the beta client. The order follows this page’s stat weights, not anyone’s verdict: change them and the list recomputes.

12 picks at level 30. New in Forever: 6; read from Classic rows: 3; crafted: 6; set pieces: 0; most from Tailoring: 5.
Stat weightsScore = each stat × its weight, added up. Move a slider and the list reorders.

Trinket ×2
0 usableNot ranked. What these are worth is in their effects, which this page’s rule can’t value; they are listed by item level, highest first.
Nothing usable at level 30 with these filters. The trinkets, relics or items of this slot at this level may all be world drops, unannounced or need a rank or reputation: switch those groups on under Sources.

How this Restoration Druid BiS list is made
The rule. Score = each stat on the item × its weight, plus the item’s armor × the Armor weight. The highest score a character of the chosen level can wear and get is first. Nothing else decides the order: no taste, no tier list.
The weights are this page’s. Restoration Druid gets the “Healing” profile because of its role, with the changes its class needs. The table shows every weight and which talents of the Restoration tree name that stat; the sliders above change them, and the link in your address bar keeps your version.
The talents in the table show that a stat matters to this path. The sizes of the weights are Classic-era convention, not derived from Forever data, and Hit and Critical Strike are ratings whose conversion by level in Forever isn’t known.
| Stat | Weight | Restoration talents that name it |
|---|---|---|
| Stamina | 0.25 | – |
| Intellect | 0.5 | – |
| Spirit | 0.4 | Living Spirit |
| Spell Healing | 1 | Naturalist Gift of Nature Tranquil Spirit |
| Mana Per 5 Sec. | 1.5 | Reflection |
| Critical Strike | 0.3 | – |
- What is listed: 2883 items a Druid can wear (uncommon quality and better), 758 of them new in Forever. Hit and Critical Strike are the beta client’s own stat rows: 10 Hit and 14 Critical Strike stand where a Classic item said 1%.
- Classic rows: 1347 Classic items have no stats in the beta client yet, so their Classic Era row is used and marked “Classic row”. Their “Equip:” bonuses are turned into stat rows the way the beta client did it for the items it does have; that rule reproduces the client on 905 of 1036 items both clients share.
- What is not scored: 101 items with only an effect the tables can’t value (procs, on-use effects, most trinkets, every relic). They are listed by item level with their text. Random-enchantment greens (“of the Monkey”) have no fixed stats and are left out. Trinkets and relics are therefore not ranked at all: their lists go by item level and they don’t count in the summary.
- Armor types: Cloth from level 1, Leather from level 1. A lower armor type is listed too when its stats score higher.
- Level: an item counts from its required level, or later when every source shown opens later (a quest’s level, a dungeon’s).
- Sources: the list opens on what you can go and earn: quests, dungeons, vendors and crafted gear, the same defaults as the weapon planner. Drops, quests and vendors are Classic’s (cmangos/classic-db) and are marked “Classic”; Forever may move them. A Forever source is given only where the beta client’s recipes, the datamine’s item groups or the site’s dungeon data have one. Opt-in groups, each with its count on the chip: 800 items that are world drops only (luck, often a few thousandths of a percent) and 303 new items with no announced source (nothing to plan for).
- Rank and reputation gear is opt-in too: 271 items whose row requires an honor rank or a standing with a faction, read from the item rows and shown on the card. Forever’s own rank rewards are the ones Blizzard listed on October 7, on the PvP rank rewards page; a rank requirement on a Classic item may not carry over.
- Set bonuses are off by default. Turned on, a set piece is credited each bonus the stat rules can value, divided by the pieces that bonus needs.
- PvP doubles the Stamina weight and changes nothing else.
Restoration Druid: where to go next
Before you gear up
- Items, levels and stats are read from the WoW Forever beta client (build 1.60.1.70170) on October 7, 2026; they can change before launch.
- A row in the client says an item exists, not that it drops: several new items have no source anyone has announced.
- The weights are a starting point. Hit caps, set bonuses with special effects and trinket effects are not in the score; judge those yourself.
- Weapons are ranked on the weapon planner, not here.
