• A boat or zeppelin may fail to arrive for an extended period. Blizzard temporarily placed portals near most docks and inside zeppelin towers while it prepared a proper fix.
• A ruleset can be online while a populated zone still feels much emptier than expected.

• On November 5, Josh Greenfield said the transport service had problems, a proper fix was planned for the morning and the temporary portals would then be removed. He also said layer-population numbers would be adjusted the next day.
